Im currently in the process of writing a lengthy (10+ page) essay for a college class im taking and the subject is entomophagy (insect eating) and how insects can be a solution to the coming hunger crisis caused by over population. Anyone have "hands on" experience with eating bugs?

Honestly I don't think your gonna find the info your looking for here. Most of us I believe are just insect keepers and collectors. Good Luck though

I also keep Myriapods and arachnids and assorted beetle species. I was hoping to gather information from bug minded people like myself.
