Loops Lasiodora parahybana - Salmon Pink Birdeater

Welp, i did it. After some long debating on getting a spider, and being intrigued by a friends collection.
I BOUGHT A BIRDEATER.
I had done some light research on the spider i had wanted, which was a (whatever) black something bird eater. Was super aggressive, and a juvenile. I'm not one to interact with my insects much, so a large display piece is what im wanting. I have never had a spider before. I've had many other insects of greatly different care requirements, but never a spider. After a visit to my local exotics shop, i fell in love with a cute little Salmon Pink Birdeater sling. He/she is awesome looking, and super healthy. Very hungry lil guy or gal, and quite the speed demon.
I chose this species due to their adult size, temperament, and they dont hide like your normal spiders.
I dont have any pictures of em yet. I'll try to snap some tonight during feeding time. I have already talked with the boss, and have a nice spot picked out at my desk for him/her to go. Will update soon.
