Lepidoptera = All butterflies and moths
Coleoptera = All beetles
Diptera = All flies
Hymenoptera =Wasps/hornets/bees
Phasmatodea =Stick insects/leaf insects
Blattodea = cockroaches
Homoptera = cicadas/treehoppers/leafhoppers/planthoppers/waterboatmen
Odonata =dragonflies/damselflies
Orthoptera =grasshoppers/katydids/crickets
Mantodea = mantids

From a collecting standpoint, Coleoptera and Orthoptera. From a pet standpoint, Blattodea (though I'm experimenting with orthops a bit).
