Caught a queen alate on a back road about 3 in the morning on July 3rd, when I had the dog out. This is just a thread of her success so far.

She laid eggs right away.

i dont think that is nova it has more of a yellowish then red i thind ameracanos

It's because they just eclosed. It takes a while for them to gain that hard red look. I will do a picture update soon. Alot of them have gotten that red color by now.
