Hi, has anyone here tried to raise wild crickets out of a field? I want it for ant food... and it will save me some money from buying farm store bought crickets.

Nope. But it is pretty easy to tell male and females apart. It would probably not be to hard.

Nope and I haven't seen one in a long time but I absolutely love the cricket sound they make. They usually come during the summer time but living in nyc all my life I never saw one too often. Maybe now that I am in the Midwest I might see different creatures.
