Nice and proper setup. What species and how did you get so many? And yeah, they are real healthy looking, with such a nice setup I couldn't imagine why they wouldn't be.

Hello T.C, I was able to buy them through a tip from another forum's member.  I was so desperate to find this type of cricket, that once I got to the cricket farm I bought more than needed Laughing I think they are of the Gryllus Pennsylvanicus family.

Man, I have got to get a setup like that. I wonder f i could just start collecting them from under rocks and such?

Laughing  You guys don't think I use them for bass fishing right??? I have plenty of artificial lures for that purpose as is!!! To answer your question I just like to observe my crickets, and I especially love their chirps believe it or not.  When I was little I loved to catch insects, and especially crickets, just to try and raise them and to try to take care of them.
