Favorite Beetle trapping method???

Greetings all,

I am often trying new ways to trap, and collect beetles some methods are successes others could be better. So therefore I would like to invite other forum members to share their favorite trapping or collecting method for whatever insects they collect? Mine often is just a simple hand held net, it's super effective for the otherwise hard to catch species.

Blacklighting is my most used method of collecting beetles. I also use a net and will soon try carrion, dung, pitfall and fruit traps. I, too, would like to hear others methods. I have heard from one member that a beating sheet is very effective for Buprestidae and Cerambycidae so I made on and will be trying it out.
